Our Regulatory Operations team in London ensures the completeness and accuracy of transaction reporting across the EMEA region, supporting our Commodities and Global Markets business. We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

As an Executive in the Regulatory Operations team, you will monitor and clear exceptions, produce management reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders including business, compliance, legal, and technology teams. You will also work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes, applying your strong risk mindset to identify and escalate issues.

*2+ years’ experience in a Regulatory Operations role for a Financial Services organisation
*An analytical and problem-solving approach, with experience in using large data sets and tools like Alteryx
*The ability to engage with a range of people across the organisation and externally, quickly understanding questions or issues and dedicating yourself to solution sourcing and follow through
*Confidence in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritise tasks independently and as part of a high-performing, collaborative global team
*A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and a strong risk mindset to identify and escalate issues effective
