*Collaborating with various departments to develop financial plans
*Delivering accurate and timely financial reports
*Providing financial guidance to management
*Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
*Assisting in the annual budgeting process
*Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
*Participating in strategic business decisions with financial insight
*Contributing to continuous improvement within the finance department
*Management of 2 direct reports
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
*A recognised accounting qualification- ACA, ACCA, CIMA
*Strong numerical and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Experience using financial software, excel & ERP systems
*The ability to work well in a team and independently
*Leadership experience
