Job Description:
As a Night Shift Track Loader Operator, your responsibilities will include:
*Operate track loaders to handle, transport, and load materials efficiently and safely.
*Manage excavation, grading, or loading tasks as required for the project.
*Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment checks to ensure optimal performance.
*Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the site manager.
*Work closely with team members, including site supervisors, truck drivers, and ground staff, to complete nightly operations.
*Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
*Follow all company and regulatory safety standards, including PPE use and equipment operation protocols.
*Contribute to a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience operating track loaders or similar heavy machinery.
*Punctuality and a strong work ethic for consistent night shift performance.
*Ability to work night shifts, including overtime.
*Familiarity with construction site operations and basic equipment troubleshooting.
