Job Title: Export Freight Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

Duties:
*Manage service operations efficiently, provide essential information, and prepare quotes for air and sea transportation.
*Coordinate the movement of freight via air and sea.
*Deliver outstanding customer service across all transportation channels, with a focus on ocean and air shipments.
*Oversee the entire shipment process to ensure accurate and timely bookings.
*Facilitate the processing of shipment details to avoid potential delays.
*Engage with customers to deliver customised quotations that meet their specific requirements.
*Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations, handling of dangerous goods, and insurance protocols.
*Collaborate with customs brokers, providing precise information for swift import clearance in compliance with regulations.
*Identify and report potential claims, compiling necessary details to ensure prompt and professional processing according to company standards.
*Interact with customers professionally and courteously at all times.
*Support business development activities and initiatives.
*Maintain accurate documentation, records, and system updates to ensure data integrity.
