Job Description:
Are you an ambitious IP Lawyer with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience looking for an exciting new opportunity in a leading IP team? My client, a top-tier international firm, is seeking a talented IP Lawyer to join its growing London team with a focus on soft IP litigation.
My client is known for handling complex and high-profile IP matters across multiple industries. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly respected IP specialists and handle a variety of contentious IP matters, including high-profile disputes around trademarks, copyright/designs and trade secrets. As the successful candidate, you will also have the chance to work on some transactional IP matters, such as M&A projects and licensing agreements, broadening your skill set in both litigation and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a wide range of soft IP litigation cases, including handling disputes in the areas of trademarks, copyright and trade secrets
*Provide support on transactional IP matters, such as licensing deals, M&A transactions and strategic IP advisory
*Work closely with clients across various industries, including technology, media, FMCG, life sciences, fashion and finance
*Collaborate with partners and senior team members to drive growth and enhance client offerings
About You:
*Ideally 2-4 years PQE with proven experience in soft IP litigation and some exposure to transactional IP matters
*Strong academics, exceptional drafting skills and the ability to manage complex legal disputes efficiently
*Client-focused with excellent communication skills and an interest in business development
*Flexible, organised and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic work environment
