*Accounts Receivable Assistant:
* Handle incoming invoices and process payments in a timely manner.
* Communicate with clients to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
*Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate records are kept.
*Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.
*Implement effective collection strategies to minimise company debt.
*Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
*Continuously improve the accounts receivable process to increase efficiency.
*Contribute to the team and company objectives.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:
*A degree in accounting, finance or related field.
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving.
*A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
