Your Role as Duct Cleaning Supervisor You will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance team’s success by:
* Overseeing and managing daily workloads through careful coordination of schedules and priorities.

* Ensuring manpower requirements are met and team members are fully informed of their duties.

* Supervising Duct Cleaning Operatives to maintain high standards of work according to specifications and training.

* Assisting with on-the-job training for new team members in collaboration with the Regional Supervisor.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility * Ventilation system cleaning

* Kitchen extract fire safety cleaning

* Water tank cleaning, coating, and refurbishment
