My client is hiring a Competition Litigation Partner to join their thriving boutique litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be an existing Partner or Legal Director/Senior Associate with experience managing complex claimant and defendant-based Competition matters. This position will give an incoming Partner flexibility to grow the existing Competition Litigation practice and to work alongside an ex-Magic, Silver Circle and US team.

Description
*Manage and supervise all competition litigation cases. The team primarily focus on claimant-based matters but are open to defendant-based work, provided the candidate has an existing book.
*Develop and implement strategies in line with business objectives.
*Work closely with other partners and associates to ensure client satisfaction.
*Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in competition law.
*Contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing strategies.
*Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the legal team.
Profile
A successful ’Competition Litigation Partner’ should have:
*A degree in Law and professional qualifications in Legal Practice.
*Proven experience in competition law and litigation.
*Proficiency in business services-related legal issues.
*Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to handle complex cases and work under pressure.
