Mobile Advanced Plumber - Gloucester, England - Facilities Management - £40,000 DOE

*Full time permanent role
*Monday to Friday
*8 am to 5 pm - 40 h ours
*Fully Expensed Van
*£40,000 DOE
Role Responsibilities:
*Maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters.
*Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
*Reporting any defects and answering in queries
*Keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
*Must Hold relevant qualifications C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent.
*Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
*Full UK Driving License
