A Compliance Analyst is required for a prominent law firm. This role demands a deep understanding of legal regulations, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to ensure the company meets its compliance obligations.

Description
*Conducting CDD on a full range of clients including individuals, companies and trusts analysing CDD material provided by clients and advising whether further information is required
*Carrying out Risk assessments and AML checks for new and existing clients and matters
*Conducting PEP searches and Sanctions screening
*Answering queries from clients, partners, fee earners and other support staff about CDD requirements
*Ensuring the firm’s compliance with SRA regulations, keeping abreast of any legislative updates
Profile
A successful Compliance Analyst should have:
*A degree in law, business, or a related field
*Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations within the legal industry
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proven ability to handle confidential information
*Ability to work well in a team and independently
