IT Service Desk Analyst - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Are you an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Our client, a prestigious London-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering first-line support across various technology systems and providing AV support for a leading global law firm in central London.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver remote and on-site technical support for a variety of applications and hardware, including:
*Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Windows 10, and iManage
*Set up and provide support for audio-visual conferencing systems
Your Skills and Experience:
*Minimum of 1 year’s IT support experience within a legal or professional services environment.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
*Genuine passion for customer service and an interest in emerging technologies
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the IT team of a prominent law firm in a vibrant and fast-paced setting.
Due to the nature of this role, it will be 5 days a week based in the central London office.
