Job Description:
We are actively recruiting for a Business Development Specialist who will be wholly responsible for the full end-to-end sales process across multiple business facets. As a proactive BDE, you will manage & oversee a variety of new & continuous business accounts across a versatile & varied market to grow prospective business opportunities through various cross-selling & up-selling duties.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
*Engaging with current and prospective customers via phone
*Up selling and expanding business opportunities
*Surpassing high-volume sales targets in a team-driven environment
*Assessing customer needs to recommend the best solutions
*Building and maintaining extensive knowledge of company services
*Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
*Providing exceptional customer service with a professional approach
*Effectively handling customer complaints and inquiries
*Accurately recording customer information in the database
*Collaborating with team members to optimise results
*Scheduling outbound sales meetings
*Prospecting 10 new businesses weekly
*Monitoring individual forecasts and sales margins
*Taking charge of lead generation responsibilities
*Quickly establishing rapport through verbal communication
