Job Description: Science Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join this amazing Secondary School in Crawley. Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons across biology, chemistry, and physics.
*Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
*Foster an environment conducive to hands-on learning, inquiry, and critical thinking.
*Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, experiments, and feedback.
*Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.
*Encourage student participation in science fairs, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
*Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or equivalent.
*Strong command of scientific concepts and practical teaching strategies.
*Experience in teaching is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
*Ability to manage laboratory safety and engage students effectively.
