About the Role:
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you’ll provide tailored support to help children overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
*Support the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
*Provide one-to-one and small-group assistance.
*Offer behaviour and pastoral support.
*Foster strong, positive relationships with students.
*Adapt your approach to meet individual needs.
*Safeguard the well-being of all students.
*Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training (CPD).
