Job Description:
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Norwich
Full Time, Permanent
The Role:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work on tendering activities and new projects in the pipeline, with the view to leading commercial activities on a project in the region. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the pipeline of projects and would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor who has a track record of leading commercial activities on projects from £5m - £30m.
Duties:
*Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
*Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
*Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
*Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
*Manage the project commercial team
Requirements:
*Regional / National contractor experience as the Senior Surveyor
*Experience on projects ranging between £5m to £30m
*Previous experience managing Quantity Surveyors on large contracts
