Typical responsibilities include:
*Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
*Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
*Liaise with team leads to ensure on track to delivery of product within the agreed timeline.
*Engage key decision makers about upcoming contract renewals.
*Check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
*Advocate for customers’ needs internally, ensuring they receive optimal value.

Essential Requirements:
*Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Delivery focussed role.
*Strong understanding of CRM tools (such as Pipedrive / Salesforce) and project management software ( such as Asana / Trello).
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
