Your new role
*Managing supplier accounts, accounts reconciliations, dealing with queries - 3,000 accounts, not all of them active
*Month-end bank recs
*Supporting with overseas VAT returns.
*PL revaluations, month-end close
*Dealing with company bank accounts
*Overseeing the approval of payment runs - UK BACS runs, international runs - 1 weekly uk, 1 international weekly
*High volume of invoices / queries
*3x direct reports into this position - need management experience
*HMRC reports
What you’ll need to succeed
*Experience of managing the AP function
*Experience of managing AP Assistants
*International / Multi-currency experience preferable
