Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diverse property projects, coordinating with contractors, architects and engineers.
* Liaising with contractors regarding structural repairs and property extensions
* Coordinating planning permissions, building control, and regulatory compliance
* Monitoring progress with site visits and maintaining high safety and quality standards
* Ensuring all properties comply with current safety standards and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with Directors and clients providing project updates
* Budget management

Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience in property management - essential
* Knowledge of property compliance and safety standards
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
