Property Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of circa 175 residential properties
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
*Manage maintenance issues and organise timely repairs; coordinating with external vendors and contractors
*Develop and implement strategies that maximise financial performance to meet and exceed goals.
*Chase rental arrears
*Negotiate deposit returns and disputes
*Ensure the smooth termination of tenancy agreements and prepare properties to be re-lets
Attributes and Requirements
Proven experience as a Property Manager in residential real estate
Proven experience in personally managing a residential portfolio
Naturally builds and maintains relationships
Excellent communicator and committed to providing a high level of customer service
Passionate and eager to progress your career as a Property Manager
Highly organised and a composed demeanour
ARLA Accreditation (Desirable)
