We are seeking an accomplished Accountant to support the Accounting & Finance department. This role is crucial to maintaining our not-for-profit organisation’s financial health and integrity.

Description
*Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department, including but limited to management accounts, year-end accounts, payroll, VAT, and tax.
*Help produce financial reports and statements for management review.
*Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
*Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
*Coordinate and complete annual audits
*Participate in financial standards setting and forecast process
*Support month-end and year-end close process
Profile
A successful Accountant should have:
*An accounting qualification(acca, aca, cima, QBE) or similar
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
*Proficiency in accounting software
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
