Senior Building Surveyor
Location: London

Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Building Surveyor, your role will include:
*Due Diligence – Providing expert advice to clients on property acquisitions and investments.
*Construction Monitoring – Overseeing project delivery and ensuring compliance with specifications.
*Contract Administration – Managing contracts for construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
*Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – Developing and managing maintenance schedules.
*Dilapidations and Exit Strategy – Advising clients on lease-end obligations and strategic property exits.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
*A BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
*MRICS accreditation, with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in a commercial Building Surveying environment.
*Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
*Experience in managing and administering small to medium-sized construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects (£0.5M–£10M).
*A client-focused, results-driven approach to project delivery.
