Working Capital Co-Ordinator
Permanent
Salary: £45-50K
Central London
Hybrid Working (2-3 days in office)
Our client is looking for a Working Capital Co-Ordinator to ensure that all aspects of working capital processes are efficiently co-ordinated, cash is allocated promptly, invoices are issued, and account reconciliations are completed.
Key Responsibilities:
*Work closely with consultants to ensure that invoices are correctly issued to the correct client contact, and that queries are quickly resolved.
*Work closely with the external Credit Control team and act as an escalation point for between the external team and the internal Sales Consultants.
*Where appropriate, issue pre-legal letters as approved by the Credit Manager.
*Take ownership of all temporary contract workers invoicing. Ensuring correct Purchase orders and other client requirements are managed accordingly.
*Minimum of 2-3 years Credit Control experience required
*Supervisory Experience
*Strong Experience working with internal and external clients
