Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to deliver efficient 1st line technical support. You will resolve IT-related issues, provide hardware and software support and ensure exceptional service across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
*Support hardware, software, and mobile devices (iPhones, iPads).
*Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
*Assist with hardware rollouts and IT projects.
*Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication.
Skills & Attributes:
*Strong customer service and communication skills.
*General understanding of IT hardware and software, including iOS.
*Ability to follow and create IT instructions.
*Time management and professionalism in all interactions.
*Passion for IT.
