Delivery Lead
Inside IR35 Contract - 11 months
Hybrid in Berkshire, Hampshire or Scotland
Up to £650pd

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of contact centre projects leveraging Oracle CX or Genesys platforms within an Agile framework. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and success metrics.
Foster a high-performing Agile environment, promoting collaboration and adaptability.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Architecture Lead to ensure the product roadmaps have a right balance of delivering business outcomes, technology enablement and operational requirements

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in Agile environments.
Strong expertise in implementation of CRM platform involving Oracle CX, Genesys or other Contact Centre platforms.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) is highly desirable.
