Job Purpose As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients, driving growth, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
*Ensuring tax compliance processes are accurate, efficient, and completed on time
*Providing expert advice on tax planning opportunities to maximise client value
*Leading on complex advisory projects, including inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and restructuring
*Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor
*Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
*Identifying opportunities to expand client services and contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant *ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with substantial experience in tax compliance and advisory services
*Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
*Strong technical expertise in tax legislation and planning strategies
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
*Experience mentoring and leading a team to achieve outstanding results
*Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
*Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is advantageous
