Description
*Ensuring the accuracy of financial information
*Undertake Intercompany recharges and invoicing
*You will be required to Post journals on accounting software
*Undertake Monthly revaluation of foreign currency accounts
*Capitalising assets and running monthly depreciation
*Month end reporting for various small companies
*Preparation of board minutes
*Assist with filing of accounts at Companies House
*Reconciliation of various balance sheet items
*Analysis of P&L items
*Deal with incoming emails regarding invoicing queries
*Additional Ad-hoc Finance duties / projects.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
*A strong understanding of accounting principles
*Excellent time management skills
*MS Office - Excel
*Committed to Progressing (i.e. AAT Studier)
*Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in accounting software
*A keen eye for detail and accuracy
