Job Description:
Job Role: Composite Laminator
Location: Nottingham
Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
Benefits: Various shift patterns, on site free parking, overtime, new facilities
The Company:
A well-established manufacturing company who specialises in the automotive, aerospace, and composite industries are looking for a Composite Laminator due to an increase in workload.
The Composite Laminator Candidate:
*Have great attention to detail
*Have experienced working with either carbon fibre, fibreglass, or Kevlar
*Must have knowledge in the application of adhesives, sealants and other bonding agents
*Be experienced in working with technical, engineering, and schematic drawings
The Composite Laminator Responsibilities:
*Fitting, bonding, and assembling components in relation to technical drawings
*Double checking parts before they are moved to the next stage
*Precision trimming of composites parts using hand, power, and automated tools
*Making and preparing pattern moulds, sanding, polishing and finishing composite components
