Job Purpose As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent client service, fostering team growth, and driving the success of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
*Ensuring tax compliance processes are accurate, efficient, and meet deadlines
*Providing expert advice on tax planning strategies to maximise client outcomes
*Leading complex tax advisory projects, such as inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and restructuring
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
*Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
*Identifying opportunities to expand client services and supporting business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant *ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with substantial experience in tax compliance and advisory services
*Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
*Strong technical expertise in tax legislation and planning strategies
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
*Experience mentoring and leading a team to deliver exceptional results
*Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
*Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is advantageous
