Accounts Assistant Role Overview
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be working as part of a small team and be responsible for managing the purchase ledger and credit control process. You will work closely with and report into the Finance Manager.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
*Processing invoices
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Bank payments and reconciliations
*Managing customer and supplier ledgers
*Credit control and credit limit management
*Processing credit cards and expenses
*Other tasks and project work as required
Accounts Assistant Experience Required
*Experienced in a similar accounts or admin role with a good work ethic, effective communication and time management skills.
*Flexibility towards tasks with the ability to work effectively using own initiative
*Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
*High level of attention to detail
*Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work
