You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:
*Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
*Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
*Re-mortgaging
*Transfers of equity
*Equity release
*Right to buy
*Lease extensions
Skills & Qualifications
*Excellent technical residential conveyancing skills
