Hays are working exclusively with a successful business who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team, initially on a temporary role

Your new role
You will be taking responsibility for the following:
Purchase Ledger processing
Payment run
Credit limits and chasing outstanding debts
Sending statements weekly and supporting with sales ledger
Run VAT reports weekly and monthly

What you’ll need to succeed
You should have strong accounting experience. AAT would be of benefit but not essential. You should be self-motivated, organised and able to work well within a small, friendly team.
