*Learning Support Assistant - Witney
The Learning Support Assistant - Witney requirements:
*Support students with ASC, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviour in both classroom and one-on-one settings.
*Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
*Create and encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Be able to adapt teaching styles, to suit the individual student. Essential when in 1:1 settings.
*Collaborate with the West Oxfordshire teachers, therapists, and other specialists to provide holistic support.
*Responsible to monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
*Be a reliable member of the Learning Support Assistant - Witney team to offer emotional and behavioural support to the West Oxfordshire students when required.

Experience:
*SEN/SEMH: 1 year (preferred)
*UK based Learning Support Assistant (LSA) roles: 1 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
*Driving Licence (preferred)
