Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
*Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
*Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
*Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
*Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
*Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
*Provide financial advice and insights to management for strategic planning.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally as a Finance Officer or Finance Assistant.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
*A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
