Job Advert: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Hereford
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum


I’m currently working with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Hereford is looking for a talented 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team.

What You’ll Do:
*Provide first-line technical support to our clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
*Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
*Assist with onboarding new clients and implementing IT solutions.
*Work closely with the 2nd/3rd line support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
*Maintain and update documentation for internal systems and client environments.


What We’re Looking For:
*A solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking.
*Experience in a similar 1st/2nd line support role or an IT-related qualification.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
*Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts is a plus.
