Job Description:

Based across the UK, this is a chance for an experienced RTA fee earner to join a leading law firm.

We are looking to appoint a fee earner to the claimant insurance team. Specialist in personal injury, this department works on claimant motor accident to credit hire claims.

You will join as a fee earner to a growing yet established team in Greater Manchester, handling a caseload of RTA to credit hire claims.

These claims are cradle to grave, from inception to settlement and fully litigated. You will handle these claims independently, applying your knowledge to run a caseload of litigated files.

The claims in your caseload are litigated, valuing from fast track to multi track up to £150,000 per claim.
