Job Description:
This role of Senior Account Manager is a permanent position within the Automotive industry, based in Coventry. The successful candidate will manage are clients major contracts and developing new business opportunities.

*Managing relationships with key accounts
*P&L responsibility +£10m
*Working with clients across Europe
*Identifying and developing new business opportunities
*Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
*Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
*Forecasting sales and reporting on performance
*Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
*Mentoring and developing team members
*International travel
Profile
A successful Senior Account Manager should have:
*A degree in business, marketing or related field
*Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A results-driven approach with the ability to meet sales targets
*A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
