The team are seeking an energetic, diligent, and bright Newly Qualified Solicitor with a genuine commitment to high-quality work. The role involves fast-paced yet detail-oriented tasks and requires a strong team ethic.

The Team:
*Renowned for its expertise, representing employers, scheme trustees, and product providers on a wide range of legal issues involving trust law, legislation, case law, and regulatory guidance. Their work spans various pension schemes, often focusing on high-value arrangements.

*From day one, you will handle significant responsibilities, working on high-value cases and transactions while building your reputation and expertise. You will contribute to their business strategy and integrate into client-facing teams to make a real impact in the pensions industry.
The Role: 
*Supporting senior team members and partners with client work.
*Delivering written and oral advice, conducting legal research, and analysing evidence.
*Reviewing corporate due diligence materials for merger and acquisition projects.
*Drafting documentation, including schedules and case preparations for counsel or court.
*Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other professional advisers with professionalism and sensitivity.
The Candidate:
*Knowledge of UK pensions law.
*Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and advisers.
*Commitment to teamwork, quality, and client care.
*Excellent case and time management skills.
*Outstanding academic background.
