*Coordinating recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
*Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
*Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional and timely advice.
*Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
*Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
*Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
