Role Responsibilities Materials Tech/Site engineer:
*Routine inspections, sampling and testing Aggregate/recycled and Earthworks materials, Concrete and Asphalt
*Leading the production of compressive strength specimens
*Taking part in research and development projects Particle size and density testing
*Physical material trials, reporting findings and specific progress
Desirable:
*Experience working within a test lab within construction i.e CET, Socotec, ESG etc.
*Experience as a construction materials technician, laboratory technician or site engineer within construction.
*Knowledge of granular materials sampling, particle size distribution testing and strength testing would be beneficial.
*Desire to learn and develop within this role, attitude is crucial
