Job Description:
Legal Secretary (Temporary) *Duration: 4-5 weeks
*Location: Norwich City Centre
*Job Type: Temporary
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Dispute Resolution team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in litigation and familiarity with Proclaim software.
Day-to-day of the role: *Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Dispute Resolution team.
*Manage correspondence, legal documents, and reports, ensuring they are formatted, filed, and distributed accurately.
*Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates.
*Maintain and organise case files to ensure information is kept up to date and accessible.
*Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards.
*Assist in the preparation of court bundles and other legal documents.
*Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to coordinate various aspects of case management.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a legal secretary, specifically within litigation.
*Proficiency in Proclaim or similar legal case management software is highly desirable.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
