The Firm 
Our client is a highly regarded city firm with a thriving international practice. It is a full-service law firm currently undergoing an exciting period of growth after securing an exclusive partnership with a major bank, solidifying its position as a leader in lender-focused conveyancing.
The Role
You will join the conveyancing team to handle a varied caseload, including:
*Purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold properties
*Remortgages, landlord and tenant matters and transfers of equity
*Acting for lenders as part of the firm’s exclusive partnership
About You
*You will have a strong background in property law with substantial post qualification experience
*You should be confident in independently handling files, with access to partner support when needed
*You should possess leadership skills and have experience supervising team members
*You should have experience acting for lenders and be adept at cultivating new client relationships
