Job Description:
Are you a skilled and passionate network professional? We are looking for a talented Network Engineer with a CCNA certification to join our clients dynamic IT team!
Key Responsibilities:
*Provision of Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting
*Install, configure and maintain reliable network infrastructures
*Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
*Implement and optimise network security measures.
*Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
*Provide technical support and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
*Maintain up-to-date network documentation and configurations.
Required Qualifications:
*CCNA Certification - must be current
*Experience within an ITIL environment
*Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
*Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
*Knowledge of wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN).
*Experience with network automation and scripting.
*Understanding of cloud networking and virtualisation.

This role is based 3 days in London, either at the Company HQ or Client sites, with 2 days working from home.
