Description
*Lead the delivery of change and transformation projects within the technology department.
*Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
*Ensure projects are completed on time and to the agreed quality standards.
*Identify and manage project risks and issues.
*Coordinate with various stakeholders and maintain good relationships.
*Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
*Support the strategic planning and development of the technology department.
*Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
Profile
*Proven experience in managing change and transformation projects.
*Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities.
*Strong communication and leadership skills.
*The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Experience in the higher education sector will be a big advantage.
