Role: Customer Service Administrator

Key Responsibilities
*Scanning and Archiving: Manage and maintain the digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately scanned, archived, and easily accessible.
*Email Inbox Management: Monitor and organise the company email inbox, responding to or redirecting messages promptly and professionally.
*Ordering and Stock Control: Track inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
*Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
*Database Management: Update and maintain client, order, and supplier records.
*Customer Orders and Invoicing: Assist in processing customer orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
*Report Preparation: Compile and produce reports as required for management.
About You
*Experience: Proven administrative experience, preferably in a related industry
*Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
*Attitude: A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to work.
