Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a growing business to recruit a technical Finance Manager.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in the providing financial insights and support to drive business performance.
Duties Include:
*Oversee daily accounting operations using company accounting system.
*Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
*Process and manage purchase invoices.
*Handle credit control and manage accounts receivable.
*Process employee expenses.
*Manage accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
*Prepare and submit VAT returns.
*Support month-end and year-end processes.
*Process payroll
Requirements:
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience in a relevant role.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary and benefits:
The role of Finance Manager is £45,000pa to £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and hybrid working.
