About the role of Contracts Manager You will be working with an established regional house builder overseeing a team on timber frame developments, based in Greater Manchester. This is a leading affordable house builder based in the North West of England, who specialise in new build housing and apartments. A lot of their work is repeat business as they work in partnership with Build to Rent Investors, Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager *Support the successful operational delivery of multiple live sites to the expected standards, on time and to budget, whilst always ensuring that customer satisfaction and KPIs are achieved.
*Ensuring and enforcing Health and Safety measures are in place and monitored, taking care of your team, and your customers.
Requirements for Contracts Manager *A proven track record of delivery as a Contracts Manager within the house building or social housing sector.
*Timber frame experience.
*Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
