Job Description:
Senior Financial Accountant
12+ month contract
London Bridge
£65,000 - £75,000
Cobalt is currently supporting a property company in its search for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their Finance team on a long-term contract.
This business is looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant on an initial contract to lead the review of monthly, financial and regulatory reporting and consolidations.
Key responsibilities:
*Review consolidated financial statements under IFRS/ UK GAAP
*Review monthly and quarterly management accounts
*Review UK VAT returns
*Write quarterly Board Papers
*Review annual budget and business plan
*Internal and external stakeholder management
*Liaising with internal and external auditors
Requirements:
*ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
*Property industry experience
*Organised individual
*Strong knowledge of IFRS
*Strong Excel skills
