The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll report directly to the Directors and take full ownership of large-scale residential schemes. You’ll be at the forefront of project delivery, acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent while guiding junior team members and collaborating closely with prestigious clients.
Key responsibilities:
*Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery.
*Providing expert pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
*Mentoring and developing junior Quantity Surveyors.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
*Contributing to the strategic growth of the London office.

About You
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
*A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
*MRICS ideally or currently walking towards
*5+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
*Strong pre and post contract experience
*A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion
*Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
