A well-established and highly regarded law firm in the North West is seeking a Duty Accredited Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm known for its commitment to providing exceptional criminal defense services.
  
The Role
*Represent clients at police stations, magistrates’ courts, and crown courts.
*Provide expert legal advice and advocacy on a wide range of criminal defense matters.
*Manage their own caseload efficiently while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
*Participate in the Duty Solicitor Rota Scheme, contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence in client care.
  
The Candidate
*Be Duty Accredited under the Law Society’s Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.
*Have strong advocacy and client care skills.
*Demonstrate an excellent understanding of criminal law and procedures.
*Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines under pressure.
