Executive Assistant to Director - Key Responsibilities: *Diary and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the Director’s diary, ensuring their time is utilized effectively.
*Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where required.
*Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate.
*Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries.
*Project Support: Assist with key projects, including research, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
*Administration: Handle confidential documents, manage expenses, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Profile
Executive Assistant to Director - What We’re Looking For: *Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting at the Director level.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
*A proactive and professional approach with a high level of discretion.
